1 Introduction

AllApps s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Match 3 Plus (the "App") available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, provide your name, or submit any directly identifying information to us. However, the third-party services integrated in the App automatically collect certain technical and usage data as described below.

2.1 Firebase Analytics

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. Firebase Analytics may collect:

• Device type, operating system and version
• App version and installation source
• In-app events (e.g. level started, level completed, session duration)
• Approximate geographic region (country/city level, derived from IP address)
• A randomly generated instance ID to distinguish devices
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

This data is pseudonymous and processed by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics does not collect your name, email address, or precise location.

2.2 Google AdMob Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA) where permitted
• Device and network information (device model, OS, IP address, language)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Because the App may be used by children (see Section 5), we configure AdMob to serve non-personalized, child-directed ads that comply with Google's Families Policy and applicable law. Behavioural profiling and interest-based advertising are disabled for all users of this App.

3 How We Use the Information

The information collected is used to:

• Understand overall gameplay patterns and improve the App
• Measure and improve App performance and stability
• Display advertisements that fund free access to the App
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for purposes other than those listed above.

4 Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google AdMob (Advertising) — policies.google.com/privacy

We encourage you to review these policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services beyond our control.

5 Children's Privacy

Match 3 Plus is a family-friendly game suitable for all ages, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country).

We take children's privacy seriously and comply with:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) – United States
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – European Union
• Google Play Families Policy
• Apple App Store Guidelines

Specifically:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
• All advertisements served within the App are configured as child-directed and non-personalized.
• No in-app purchases, social features, or account registration are required or available.
• Firebase Analytics is configured to limit data collection in compliance with child-directed treatment requirements.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at office@allapps.cz and we will promptly delete such information.

6 Legal Basis for Processing GDPR

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, data is processed on the following legal bases:

• Legitimate interests – for analytics that help us improve the App, where this does not override your fundamental rights.
• Consent – where required by applicable law (e.g. for advertising identifiers). You may withdraw consent at any time via your device settings (see Section 8).
• Legal obligation – where processing is required by law.

7 Data Retention

We retain aggregated analytics data for up to 14 months, in line with Google Analytics / Firebase default retention settings. After this period, data is automatically deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us (see Section 9).

8 Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access – request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure – request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Objection – object to certain types of processing.
• Portability – request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent.

You can also exercise choices directly on your device:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete or Reset Advertising ID
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable tracking and/or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalised Ads off

To exercise any of the rights above, please contact us at office@allapps.cz. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of the EEA also have the right to lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.
